What It Is
Chakra harmonizing focuses on supporting the natural flow of energy (called prana) throughout the body by working with the chakra system. Think of our chakras as wheels of energy that are constantly moving and responding to our daily experiences, emotions, interactions, stress, and environment.
At times, that energy can become restricted—similar to a kink in a hose—disrupting the body’s natural flow. We may experience these energetic congestions as tension, emotional heaviness, fatigue, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or a general sense of being “off” or disconnected from ourselves.
This apprach gently helps ease and release those energetic “kinks," supporting greater energetic flow, grounding, harmony, and a deeper sense of ease throughout the system.
How It Works
STEP 01
Before Your Session
We’ll schedule time ahead of your session to connect, and I’ll ask a few gentle guiding questions about where you may be feeling physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, tension, or unease. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. There’s nothing you need to do beyond being open to receiving.
STEP 02
During Your Session
At the scheduled time, energy work is focused on clearing and balancing your chakra system based on our conversation and your individual needs. You may notice subtle shifts such as warmth, relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of things softening and easing as your system begins to settle back into balance.
STEP 03
After Your Session
Be kind and gentle with yourself. Over the next few hours or days, you may notice a sense of calm, clarity, emotional release, or subtle shifts as your system continues to integrate and settle back into balance. I’ll follow up with any insights that came through, along with simple grounding suggestions if supportive or helpful.
